Terms of Service
Fly Slots is a game of chance played with real FLYAI tokens. You can lose everything you put in. Please read these terms before you play. By buying rolls or spinning, you agree to them.
1. Who can play
You may only play if all of these are true:
- You are at least 18 years old, and of legal gambling age where you live.
- Online gambling with crypto assets is legal where you live and where you are playing from.
- You are not on any sanctions list, and you are not playing on behalf of someone who is.
- You are not excluded from gambling by a court, regulator or self-exclusion program.
It is your responsibility to check the laws that apply to you. We may block access from any place where we believe the game is not allowed.
2. How the game works
- The game runs on the FlySlots smart contract (
0xc656e5013c14A52688BAB935d92C546044cfFCdE) on Robinhood Chain, using the FLYAI token (0x0088CE7905025c4B5ea1d49aB6179B6aaADB3B9C). - Buying rolls deposits FLYAI into the contract. Deposits and winnings are held by the contract as your balance, and you can withdraw them to your wallet at any time, including while the machine is paused.
- Each spin takes your bet from that balance. Wins are paid from the machine's pool according to the payout table shown in the game. Over time the machine returns about 95.4% of bets; the rest goes to the pool. Any single session can end in a loss.
- Results come from a commit-reveal process. The house seals a secret seed before your spin, and your wallet adds its own random seed, so neither side can choose the outcome. If the house does not reveal its seed within the time set in the contract (currently 1 hour), anyone can return your bet to your balance.
- The smart contract is the final record of every deposit, spin, win and withdrawal. What the website shows is only a view of it.
3. Your wallet and fees
You control your own wallet and keys. We never hold them and cannot recover them. Blockchain network fees (gas) for your transactions are paid by you. Transactions on a blockchain are final and cannot be reversed by us.
4. Risks you accept
- You can lose all the tokens you use to play.
- The price of FLYAI can change sharply, including to zero. We do not control it.
- Smart contracts can contain bugs. The FlySlots contract has been tested but has not been independently audited.
- The blockchain, its RPC services, your wallet software or this website can be slow, congested or unavailable. A spin may take longer to settle, or need to be refunded under the contract's rules.
- Crypto assets may be treated differently by tax authorities. Any taxes on your winnings are your responsibility.
5. What we may change
The operator can pause new spins and deposits, change the available bet sizes, change the reveal timeout, and replace the house signer. Pausing never stops withdrawals or refunds. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept it.
6. Fair play
Do not exploit bugs, interfere with the house service, use automated means to overload it, or play for anyone who is not allowed to. If you find a problem, tell us instead of using it. We may refuse service through this website to anyone who breaks these terms.
7. No warranty and limited liability
The game, website and contract are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by blockchain, wallet, network or third-party failures. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
8. Play responsibly
- Only play with money you can afford to lose. Treat it as entertainment, not a way to make money.
- Set a budget and a time limit before you start, and never chase losses.
- Take breaks. You can cash out your balance at any time.
